Empowerment through Photography

On November 19, 2008, Critical Exposure will host Picture Equality: An Evening of Empowerment through Photography, the first annual reception and silent auction to benefit Critical Exposure’s efforts to introduce inner-city students to photography. The auction will consist of images donated by professional photographers, including Steve McCurry, Joyce Tenneson, Michael Weintrob, and photographers from National Geographic and Magnum Photos. Critical Exposure students’ photos will also be on display.
